Terms of Use for the e-visa.md website
1. General Provisions
1.1. This terms of use agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "agreement") applies to the website located at e-visa.md, including all its pages and subdomains.
1.2. The website e-visa.md (hereinafter referred to as the "site") is owned by EMG-CONSULTING GROUP.
1.3. This agreement governs the relationship between the site administration (hereinafter referred to as the "site administration") and the user of this site.
1.4. The site administration reserves the right to change, add, or remove clauses in this agreement at any time without notifying the user.
1.5. By using the site, the user agrees to this agreement and any modifications made to it.
1.6. The user is responsible for regularly reviewing this agreement for any changes.
2. Definitions
2.1. The following terms are defined for the purpose of this agreement:
2.1.1. "site" – the online resource located at e-visa.md, operating as an internet resource with related services.
2.1.2. "site administration" – authorized personnel managing the site on behalf of EMG-CONSULTING GROUP.
2.1.3. "user" – any individual with internet access using the site.
2.1.4. "site content" – protected intellectual property including texts, images, video, designs, logos, software, and databases, along with the site’s structure and organization.
3. Subject of the Agreement
3.1. The purpose of this agreement is to grant the user access to services provided on the site.
3.1.1. The site provides users with the following services:
- Access to search tools and navigation.
- Access to materials on the site for free.
- Access to use of a consultation forum for communication between users and visa consultants.
3.1.2. This agreement applies to all existing and future services provided on the site, including modifications and additional services.
3.2. Access to the site is provided free of charge.
3.3. This agreement is a public offer. By accessing the site, the user accepts this agreement.
3.4. Use of site materials and services is governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova.
4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
4.1. The site administration has the right to:
- Modify site rules and content. Changes become effective upon publication.
- Delete user accounts.
- Refuse registration or consultation forum access without explanation.
4.2. The user has the right to:
- Use all available services on the site.
- Ask questions related to site usage at support@e-visa.md.
- Use the site exclusively for purposes allowed by this agreement and Moldovan law.
- Copy information from the site if permitted.
4.3. The user agrees to:
- Provide additional information upon request related to services on the site.
- Respect copyright and other intellectual property rights on the site.
- Not engage in activities disrupting normal site function.
- Not distribute confidential information or legally protected data of others.
- Keep personal data updated and accurate.
4.4. Users are prohibited from:
- Using devices, programs, or methods to interfere with the site.
- Unauthorized access to site systems, networks, or services.
- Any activities forbidden by Moldovan law or that encourage unlawful activities.
5. Use of the Site
5.1. The site and its content are managed by the site administration.
5.2. Site content is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
5.3. Use of the consultation forum may require user account creation.
5.4. The user is responsible for keeping their account information confidential.
5.5. The user must immediately notify the site administration of unauthorized account use or security breaches.
5.6. The site administration may deactivate user accounts inactive for over 36 months.
6. Liability
6.1. The site administration is not liable for:
- Delays or failures in operations due to force majeure or technical issues.
- Payment or transfer delays related to banking or financial systems.
- Proper site function if the user lacks the necessary technical means.
7. Violation of the Terms of Use
7.1. The site administration may disclose user information if required by law.
7.2. The site administration may terminate or block access to the site without prior notice if the user violates this agreement or other site policies.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. Any disputes between the parties should be resolved through a written complaint prior to court proceedings.
8.2. The recipient of the complaint has 30 days to respond in writing.
8.3. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, either party may take legal action under Moldovan law.
9. Additional Conditions
9.1. The site administration does not accept user proposals for changes to this agreement.
9.2. User-posted content on the site is not considered confidential and may be used by the site administration without restriction.
